Family Vacation!! Family Pictures!!

So My whole Family Got together this past week and we went to Newport for a week. We stayed at this place called Newport Dunes! It was so much fun! I love being with my entire family! Since we are growing so fast my mom really wanted to get another family picture done down at the beach. So we got them done and the turned out great! Even with 7 little children which was hard we got some cute pictures! It was beautiful! I already miss Newport and Balboa Bars!

Family is the best! They are always there for you! I am still in California at my parents house. Matt went back out to work in New Mexico, he has 3 more weeks left of work. I can not believe we are in August! I am already 16 weeks pregnant, I can't believe it! And we found out we are having a girl! We are so excited! Still seems like forever till little Abbi is coming to our home! But I know it will go by fast!! trying to enjoy the summer while it last! Then back to Rexburg for the Fall!

4th OF JULY!!

The 4th of July is a big important holiday in my family and also in my city! For as long as I can remember my whole family went to the Redlands Stadium for the big show. As our family grew we had more and more people coming with us! This year we were not planning on going home because we were out working in Colorado Springs, CO. (And yes that means we moved once again!) But we decided pretty much at 6:30pm Friday night that we needed to go be with my family. So we left at 7:30pm we packed in like 10 minutes threw everything in the car and drove through the night to Redlands. Actually we didn't even tell my family we were coming. For one I knew my mother would be up sick if she knew we were driving, and I didn't want to worry her, and two we wanted to surprise my whole family! And that we did! We actually met up with them at the beach on Saturday (I knew they were going to be there) took us kinda a long time to find them, but once we did the reaction was priceless. My mom was screaming, and everyone was just in shock!! It was so much fun to be with my whole family (minus kaylin who get home in 1 week from her mission yah!!!). We did the usually 4th of july things!! We did the beach, we swam a ton, went to the Stadium! I was able to see a few of my friends, and just chill with my husband who I never see!! OH YES and by announcement! I realized I haven't Posted about it yet! I am PREGNANT! Yep! I am a little over 12 weeks pregnant now! Matt and I are very excited! We can not wait to start our family!!

What a wonderful week!!!

This past week has been so amazing! My mom came to visit me from California. She hates to fly, so she took a train 24 hours to come be with me for a week! She is so awesome to come see me! Who else has a mother who would sit next to crazy white trash weirdo's for 24 hours just to come see her daughter in Texas? The week was so much fun! It was much needed. I have been kind of depressed because Matt is working all the time! We moved from Midland Texas to Waco, Texas which is like 1.5 hours from Austin and about 2.5 hours from San Antonio. So we spent days by the pool, eating out, shopping, and going to San Antonio! In San Antonio there is the River walk and the Alamo, must see's in Texas! It was a blast. We also went to the temple, and met up with Ashlie and Kelsey from the San Antonio Office! I definitely cried when my mom left. I am just lucky to have such a wonderful Mother.

So The end of the Amazing week was we went down to San Antonio On Sunday after church to visit the Hafen's. The Hafen's are a family I knew from my mission in New Jersey. They moved to San Antonio after Jerame finished Dental school. Jerame and Amy are seriously the most amazing couple! They are always doing things for others, and they are so much fun! I was so excited to see them after 2 years!! We had dinner with them, and we got to meet their new edition Zac, who is such a cutie!!

Then The next day matt finally took a day off!! It was much needed! And I got to spend the whole day with him alone!! It was such a blast! We went to a water part outside of San Antonio called Schlitterbahn. It was huge!! And such a blast! We had so much fun being together! I just love my husband! He works so hard for us!

TEXAS LIVING

TEXAS!!! CUrrently we are residing in Midland, Texas! It is pretty Hot, and Windy! Not a whole lot t do here, plenty of cowboys, and trucks though! SO far it has been great for us though! Matt works all day from noon till 9 pm and sometimes doesn't get home till 11 pm! He is such a hard worker! I on the other hand do nothing pretty much all day except maybe shop or lay by the pool, hard life huh? So basically at the end of the night I am wide awake and Matt is wiped! See below...

This is a story!! My poor car! Dallas (another wife in the office), and I decide to pick up our husbands early to go to dinner, and look where it brought us, my tire (which was brand new) totally just shredded. I was driving, it scared me to death, luckily it happened after we picked them up, I cant imagine 2 girls tiring to change the tire!!! ugh

We decided since we were in Texas we had to hit up a real Country concert so we did!
Even though Country Music isn't our thing, we still had fun!
It was pretty interesting because it was at a bar outside, we were the only ones not drinking and smoking!

EAST COAST LIVING

So right after graduation I flew to Boston to stay with my sister Emily for a week! That was a complete blast. We were able to do some really fun things, and I was able to see a little bit of how Motherhood will be! Ethan is such a cutie, he is 10 months and adorable! My sister had the whole week planned out, we went to Salem, MA that was actually legit kinda creepy! hahah there are really witches there, but it was fun! we did lots of shopping and eating good food! Matt flew in on Wednesday night and then Thursday we did the Freedom Trial and saw a bunch of cool historical sites. Friday we went to Bunker Hill and Matt and I walked up all 297 steps to the top and saw all of Boston, we really likes Charles Town! I have to admit my calves were seriously sore for 2 days after walking up all those stairs! Sadly Tyler, Emily's Husband, got the flew! Poor guys lost 8 pounds in one day. Luckily no one else got it, but we still had a lot of fun. We went to Harvard Square and went to the movies and stuff. It went by so quickly.

Then Saturday Afternoon we rented a car and headed down to New Jersey. We stayed with the Ortiz family, I was in their ward while serving my mission in NJ. They are an amazing Dominican Family, just the best people. They took us to a Dominican Restaurant Saturday when we got their because they knew Matt served in the DR. Sunday we went to church in Scotch Plains, it was so fun to see people from my mission. I thought people would have forgotten me, but they didn't! Then after churh we went to my favorite place in Nj, Hoboken!! (some might know it bc the show cake boss is taped there) It was a blast, I love it because we walked right on the Hudson eating Jersey pie, nothing better! Monday we went into the city with Amy, Matt had never been so it was a blast, and then Tuesday Matt and I went down to the JERSEY SHORE. Wednesday morning Matt had to fly back to work, and I didn't want my trip to end, so two of my old mission companions Ambie and Hailey flew out and we traveled around to our different areas. WE also went into the CIty again, went shopping and stuff, and saw a Broadway Musical. We saw WONDERLAND, it has only been out a few weeks, it is a spin off of Alice and Wonderland and it was AMAZING!! It was seriously sooo much fun to be back in NJ with my companions and visiting people and having a blast. We non stopped laughed, and ate!! Now I have 3 pounds to lose, but it was well worth it, because the food is just amazing! I flew back to Texas Monday and my plane experience was horrible but what are you gonna do! Now I am here in Texas for the rest of the summer doing some DTL!! I was excited to see Matt again because we missed each other!

GRADUATED

So the day finally came! It was a crazy two weeks before graduation. I never spent so much time in the library! We were packing and living at other peoples houses. It was super busy and crazy... but all the stress wiped away when on saturday I graduated from BYU-Idaho. My parents came from California, and Matt's parents and sister came from Northern California! My cousins Grant and Stephanie came to my ceremony too! I was so grateful for all the loving support I had! My experience at BYU-Idaho has really been amazing. I couldn't have asked for better Professors and Friends. I have learned so much! Now it is on to the next chapter of my life. This summer Matt and I will be in Texas selling for Pinnacle then back to Rexburg for another year so Matt can finish school! I am going to start looking for a job as soon as I can. right now I am just kicking it in Boston with my Sister Emily and Tyler and her baby son Ethan. Then I am off to jersey for a week! It is gonna be a great vacation!

The Final COunt Down

So as most of you know I am graduating in April. I honestly can't believe that I am getting down to the bitter end. I started at BYU-Idaho in Fall of 2005, so I do believe it is about time I get my bachelors degree, I should really be getting a Masters I have been here so long. I did do A mission in between all that, so I guess I am not that behind. It is weird but on campus I literally don't know anyone anymore. People I do know are Matt's friends or teachers. All my friends have graduated moved on have children! I am beginning to feel very old in my classes, so I am excited for a new change! Right now I just have to stay focused. I do not know why but it is sooo hard for me to right now. Usually I am very studios (i think that is how you spell it) I usually am way head on my homework, and projects, straight A's. This semester I am like C's get degrees (bad attitude I know). Not only that the stress getting to my body. I am barely eating, I drink diet coke and eat saltines (no I am not prego) and I am gaining weight rapidly!!! lol (okay 3 pounds, but still in 3 days...) I swear I am going to have to do some major detox after I graduate! And i am trying to lose weight because I am going to Boston to visit my sister for a week and then Jersey/New York for another week right after graduation! I am way excited about that! I have never been to Boston so Matt and I decided to go, while we have this opportunity since Tyler and Emily live there now. Then I haven't been back to New Jersey since my mission almost 2 years ago.. (wow) So we are going to go there after. My companion is going to meet me down there. Then we are going to texas for the rest of the summer to sell for pinnacle once again! We have some adventures coming up! Hopefully I pass my classes and they don't have to roll me on the plane by April 10th! hahah any suggestions?
